Last weekend's wedding (edited because of something I forgot to add!)

Last Saturday one of my younger cousins got married! We didn't think we would be able to go since it was in Rock Hill, and it was so close to our due date, but since I wasn't feeling the effects of impending labor we decided to make the short trip up! It was a beautiful day, beautiful wedding, and a great time with family. Here are just a few pictures from the day.

With our Memama

Megan and Elizabeth (my cousin and sister of the bride)

My Memama and Pop- aren't they cute?

Uncle Burke (my mom's brother), Uncle Robb, my dad, Uncle Steve, and Memama-- a good lookin' crowd!
On Friday my Uncle Robb was stuck on the 14th floor of the building in Orlando that was on lock down! He didn't even know what was going on for a long time, but started watching the news on his computer. He and his co-workers locked their office doors and waited for instruction on what to do. Eventually snipers came in to get everyone out of the building, and my uncle said that he and everyone else had to leave the building at gunpoint with their hands up! We were so thankful that he was okay and was able to make it to the wedding only a day later! Wow!

The happy couple before their getaway! I hate I didn't get a picture of her in her gown!

We threw birdseed at Tim and Carolyn as they ran to the car, and instead of throwing her bouquet, Carolyn just gave it to Megan! :)

After the wedding all of the family went over to Memama and Pop's to celebrate Uncle Burke's birthday...
...and as you can see we were all ready to POP!

...oh, the pains of pregnancy.

  1. I LOVE the "about to POP" pics-- maybe the best ones to ever grace the blog :) Burke looks as if he is in ACTIVE labor in the last one-- you can tell he's seen THAT in real life before! Carolyn looked beautiful! And you do not look nine months preg :) I can't believe she's almost here!!!

  2. Megan and your uncle really look like they're in pain! You look like you're sleeping peacefully... don't you wish it was that easy? It looks like Megan's belly button has popped b/c of the way the balloon is turned. Too funny! And I agree with Jessica, if I didn't know better, there's no way I'd guess you were 9 months along! You look great! :)
