angels

During our time last week at Kiawah Island, we visited the historic Angel Oak tree on John's Island. Ya'll know I had to take advantage of this photo op. There is certainly more than one angel in these photographs.

  1. Ok, I L-O-V-E the little pink wrapper that you have Lael in! Did you make it or purchase it somewhere? It is adorable! And, Kiawah...so beautiful! We used to spend a lot of time at Fripp and Edisto too, when we lived in Savannah. My husband has family in Charleston, so we spent a lot of time up and down that whole coastal area between Charleston and Savannah. How I miss it!! There is no place that I have lived that I love as much as I do the "Low Country!"

  4. Adorable! I've commented before that I'm a blog stalker of yours, I think we actually went to high school together, but I was a few years younger than you. :) Your daughter is absolutely ADORABLE and I love your pictures of her... I was wondering what editing software you use. I take so many pictures of my little girl and I love how yours turn out and would like to try the software you use! Thanks!!

  5. The coat is called a "Widgeon". My grandmother bought it for Lael at a children's boutique in Charleston. I love it!

I use Photoshop to edit my photos. :)
